How It Works
Sabuche Health is a self-pay tele-health service. There is a $65 fee per focused visit, payable at the time of your appointment. We do not accept insurance. Follow-ups through our electronic health record portal within 7 days of your appointment are free of charge. If more than 7 days since your appointment has elapsed, you will need to schedule another appointment. Once your appointment has been booked and accepted, you will receive a link to connect to our secure tele-health platform at your scheduled appointment time.
It is crucial to remember that tele-health is not suitable for all situations. You should not use tele-health for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing severe symptoms like chest pain, difficulty breathing, or significant bleeding, call emergency services or go to the nearest emergency room immediately. Sabuche Health is not your Primary Care Provider, nor does it replace your need for one.
