How It Works

Sabuche Health is a self-pay telehealth service. There is a $65 fee per focused visit, payable at the time of your appointment. We do not accept insurance. Follow-ups through our HIPAA-compliant electronic health record portal within 7 days of your appointment are free of charge. If more than 7 days have elapsed since your appointment, you will need to schedule another appointment. Once your appointment has been booked and accepted, you will receive a link to connect to our secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform at your scheduled appointment time. Sabuche Health only provides telehealth via 1:1 video visits.

It is crucial to remember that tele-health is not suitable for all situations. You should not use telehealth for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing severe symptoms like chest pain, difficulty breathing, or significant bleeding, call emergency services or go to the nearest emergency room immediately. Sabuche Health is not your Primary Care Provider, nor does it replace your need for one.

How to Schedule an Appointment
  1. Click here to go to the Patient Fusion scheduling page.
  2. Pick a day and time to be seen.
  3. Fill out the form with the required information and then click the blue arrow on the right side of the form.
  4. Enter your contact information and click Finish.
  5. An email from Practice Fusion will be sent to the email address provided. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive the email.
  6. After your appointment has been approved, another email will be sent to you. Press the Check In button in that email.
  7. Create an account at Patient Fusion.
  8. After your account has been created, we will send you an intake form to complete.
  9. Read the intake form, sign it, and submit.
How to Pay For an Appointment
  1. A text message to your cell phone from UpDox
  2. Click on the hyperlink which will take you to pay.myupdox.com
  3. Fill in the required information
  4. Enter your payment details and click Submit Payment.
How to Sign in For an Appointment
  1. You will receive a message to the email address you provided on the day of your appointment.
  2. Click Join Virtual Visit or the hyperlink under “Or Visit.”
  3. Once on the UpDox Video Chat, click Next.
  4. Click the blue button at the bottom of the screen that says Join call.

Treatments Not Available

We are unable to treat some medical conditions, nor are we able to prescribe some medications. Below is a list of some of the treatment we are unable to provide. We are also unable to see patients under the age of 18. Please be aware of this before your appointment.

  • FMLA/Requests to Complete Paperwork
  • Crisis Situations (Suicidal or Homicidal Thinking, Self-Harm)
  • Active Psychosis (Hallucinations or Delusions)
  • Substance Abuse or Active Medical Detox
